The Designer

Well, this isn’t so hard to understand. The main work is basically creating the overall looks that you see on the website. They generally use graphics and graphic design tools and software to make that happen. They don’t necessarily need to do the coding work.

They are more into having a creative and artistic approach, along with making sure that what they do will have a function, but should lure as much audience as possible in the site and make sure they stay.

One would be considered great if they can manage to have a great knowledge and application when it comes to the aesthetic concepts of the page, which would be colours, fonts, spaces, logos, and more. 

The Developer

Now that we know all about the designers work, the other person’s job is to make sure everything will be functional, smooth, and will not have any problems in the future. In short, they are the engineers that build the bridge physically.

The developer is responsible for most or all of the back-end system; they work with the codes and frameworks, along with many computer languages that will keep the website up and running perfectly. Without the developer, all that creative imagination and designs that come from the designer would just be imagination and will never come to life.

Can you both be at the same time?
