Problems you’ll encounter with the Genesis Blog Page Template

Establishing a website without an issue is what we always want. WordPress is easy to use but takes a lot of studies to be able to fully understand it and maximise its features. There are many templates available online to customise your website. Genesis blog page template has been widely used before because of its features and because it’s user-friendly. Up until WordPress 3.9, the Genesis blog and archive page templates were inherited by child themes and there wasn’t a simple way to remove them. Why does this matter? Remove Blog & Archive Template From Genesis

Once the Genesis blog template is removed, there is no need for the blog page settings meta box on the theme settings page. Leaving it may also be a source of confusion for clients once the site is delivered.
